Sheldon has devoted more than two decades to practicing law. He earned his B.A. from Florida State University and obtained his J.D. from Nova Southeastern, Shepard Broad College of Law. Sheldon is a licensed attorney in the State of Florida and holds admission to all federal courts in Florida. He possesses certifications as a Florida Certified Circuit-Civil and Family Law Mediator, Certified Federal Court Mediator, Certified in Residential Foreclosure Mediation, and Certified Court-Appointed Arbitrator.

Following his graduation from law school, Sheldon began his legal career at Fidelity National Title Insurance Company. Over the past two decades, he has been associated with law firms, where his practice has encompassed civil litigation, construction defect cases, and real estate-related matters.
In addition to being a Certified Mediator, he obtained certification in foreclosure mediations, successfully mediating numerous foreclosure cases throughout Florida during the real estate recession.

Community Involvement
Sheldon's connections to the Tampa Bay Area run deep, with many of his family ancestors being among the original settlers of Hillsborough and Pinellas County in the mid-1800s. He was raised in South Tampa and completed his education at H.B. Plant High School. Sheldon is actively engaged in the community, having formerly been on the Board of Directors for Tampa Bay Little League, an active member of the Rotary Club of Tampa, Inc., and holding various leadership roles within his local church.
